Ownership of a Goetia NFT represents ownership of a unique blockchain-based token that certifies authenticity and provenance. It does not transfer copyright or intellectual property rights.

• The name of the artwork or daemon

NFTs and Blockchain

Ownership of a Goetia NFT is recorded on the Chia blockchain. The blockchain record serves as proof of authenticity and ownership of the token.

The artwork itself may be stored off-chain or referenced through decentralized storage, but usage rights remain governed by this License.

Royalties

Royalties, where applicable, are enforced through marketplace mechanisms and smart contract standards. Royalties are independent from copyright ownership and do not imply transfer of intellectual property rights.

Transfer of Rights

When a Goetia NFT is sold or transferred, the usage rights granted under this License transfer automatically to the new owner.
